1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISKS

The Participant acknowledges and understands that hunting activities involve inherent risks, hazards, and dangers that cannot be eliminated. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Injuries from firearms, bows, or other weapons;
• Injuries from walking or hiking over rough, uneven terrain;
• Encounters with wildlife, insects, and plants;
• Exposure to extreme weather conditions;
• Getting lost or separated from hunting companions;
• Accidents or illness in remote places without medical facilities;
• Actions of other individuals including other hunters, landowners, or participants.

The Participant acknowledges that the above list is not inclusive of all possible risks associated with hunting activities and that the list in no way limits the extent or reach of this release and covenant not to sue.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Participant hereby assumes all risks of injury, death, and property damage that may result from any hunting activities on the Owner's property. The Participant understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated, despite the exercise of reasonable care.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The Participant, for themselves and on behalf of their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Owner, their family members, employees, agents, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with the Participant's use of the Owner's property, including any injuries resulting therefrom, whether caused by the negligence of the Owner or otherwise.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS

The Participant agrees to comply with all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations governing hunting activities, as well as any additional rules established by the Owner regarding access to and use of the property.

5. PROPERTY RULES

The Participant agrees to abide by the following property-specific rules:

6. TERM OF AGREEMENT
